Theres no chance of getting a good government college through the all India 15% quota.
Depending on your state, you can manage to get into the lowest ranked government colleges if possible.
You will get most of the private colleges if you can afford to.
Target at least 500 to secure admission into a decent government medical college without any problem.

You can get government colleges for BDS but not for MBBS.
For getting MBBS, you need to score above 500.
Good luck!

It is completely your choice Hemadri, I think you should alteast try taking the NEET and also simultaneously look for options in Russia. If you are not competent enough to take the NEET then don't stress yourself. Please know your priorities and decide.

Hi Abdul,
Please understand, eligibility is different and admission is different.
You will be eligible for admission to any medical college as long as you are NEET qualified. NEET qualified means 50 th percentile marks and not 50 percent. Last year 50th percentile mark is 145 and so if your marks are 145 and above you are eligible for medical admission.
Admission depends on the specific college, students applied to that college, no of students with more marks than you etc. Government colleges take top rankers and top private colleges also attracts top rankers.
A mark of 360 can get you a decent private medical college and if your are lucky

No, if you belong to the general category then you don't stand a chance, but if you belong to the ST category then you might get a government college as the NEET cut-off for ST category is 380 marks.

Hello Rohit!
This is actually a question of confidence and hard work .you can crack them in a single attempt but if you are doing self-study, then you need to study one year after your board exam. Only then you can crack in a year in single attempt.
You must be thorough with all the concepts in PCMB and also you need have atleast 90% of formulae in your fingertips. Then, you must practice a lot in solving problems with speed and accuracy.
For NEET, you need to know more concepts of biology and it is enough that you should know the formulae as the question from physics and chemistry will be easy only.
What I will suggest is, even if you spe

You will have to clear your 12th, if your state education system allows you to give a supplementary exam, give it and take an admission or wait till next year.
