Hi,
Can give you an idea about the last year cut-off. Currently, NEET 2017 cutoff is not declared.
For 2016 the cutoffs were:
Unreserved - 685-468
OBC468-465
SC - 468-352
ST- 466-303
Unreserved & PH- 466-214.
You can accordingly set a target for yourself.

Others- 685-145
OBC- 678-118
SC - 595-118
ST - 599-118
