No. You can't appear NEET. As per the eligibility criteria of NEET, you should be minimum 17 years of age. So, wait for another year.

CBSE releases answer keys of NEET officially after the examination every year. Unofficial keys are released by various coaching institutions like Allen, Akash, Resonance, etc.
