As long as the photo satisfies all other requirements, there usually shouldn't be a problem if your NEET application photo includes a blue background. Make sure the photo complies with all the requirements specified in the instructions for the admission card. If unsure, get confirmation from the examination authorities.

No, for taking NEET, candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects individually in the qualifying examination.
Furthermore, Applicants need to be 17 years old at the time of admission or will reach this age by December 31. NEET does not have an upper age limit.

A valid NEET score is required for admission to Nilamber Pitambar University's Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program. All dentistry and medical programs in India, including BDS, need completion of the NEET (National Eligibility and Entrance Test). The Dental Council of India (DCI) has established the NEET qualification as a national requirement, and candidates cannot be admitted to the BDS programme without meeting it. As a result, NEET is required for applicants to Nilamber Pitambar University's BDS program.
