There are a total of 900 seats in MBBS course of RUHS. The seats are distributed among the 27 affiliated/ constituent colleges. Candidates are offered seat in MBBS programme based on NEET-UG score. Selected aspirants have to participate in Rajasthan NEET Counselling for seat allotment.

These seats are filled based on candidates' performance in the NEET-UG exam as prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI). The Ministry of Railways prescribes the RPF SI exam pattern for Computer Based Test (CBT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT). RPF SI exam pattern 2024 for CBT is such that it is divided into three sections- General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & reasoning. The selection process for MBBS at Kasturba Medical College (KMC) Manipal is based on merit in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG, followed by counseling. Eligibility. NEET PG cut off marks is decreased at times if seats remain vacant to be filled up. NBE releases the cutoff score for NEET PG. Only those candidates who qualify for the examination are eligible for the counselling process. However, if the number of candidates who have qualified the examination is less than three times the number of seats, NBE revises the cutoff percentile. Brachwise cut off for the All India quota seats will be released by Medical Counselling Committee for each round. Seats will be allotted based on NEET PG rank, choice filled, availablity of seats in branch etc.
