Your qualifications of NEET 443 along with Sunrise category status and UP state residency make you a potential candidate for particular medical colleges. Under the NEET 2024 cutoff for UP there is a chance to enter Autonomous State Medical College Ayodhya (score: 418, rank: 110975) or Autonomous State Medical College Basti (score: 416, rank: 112677) with a score of 443. The admission procedure includes cutoff scores but their values can change annually while students must also meet other requirements for seat availability and counseling steps.

The anticipated 637 score in NEET 2024 gives you strong chances of obtaining admission to MBBS colleges through all India counseling. The entrance cutoff for government colleges changes according to categories and college types yet 637 points will help you secure admission in a government medical institution. In 2024 the NEET cutoff marks for MBBS government colleges across Gujarat state reached 608 for the general candidate category before the examination. The precise cutoff score can change based on multiple elements including the student enrollment numbers and vacant seat count.

From your position at rank 69357 in the AIIMS PG exam it is unfeasible to determine with certainty if you will receive ST seat reservation. Given past cutoff data the probability is low that you would secure a ST seat reservation. The ST category cut off score for AIIMS PG falls between 30,000 and 40,000 points. For MD/MS course admissions in the previous year the cutoff score for ST candidates was recorded as 32,451. The high ranking position you have makes it unlikely to obtain a reservation for ST category seats. The concrete cutoff threshold will differ because it depends on the quantity of applicants as well as seat availability a

With a score of 511 in NEET 2024, you may secure admission into private medical colleges or government medical colleges in lower-ranked states, since this falls within the category for lower-ranked medical colleges; you may secure seats in institutions such as Government Medical College ESI and Hospital, Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, G.S.V.M Medical College, Osmania Medical College, or Maharaja K. C. Gajapati Medical College based on your ranking in your state and category.

Here are some of the colleges providing direct admission for the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) course without NEET scores:
- Ashtang Ayurved Mahavidyalaya
- Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Ayurveda, Katraj - Dhankawadi
- Ayurved Mahavidyalaya
These colleges provide admission under management quota depending on your 12th-grade marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. You must have at least 50% marks in all three subjects to be considered.
Hope this Helps!
