In 2025, getting into top Delhi medical colleges like AIIMS or MAMC may need around 700+ NEET marks for General category. For Delhi state quota, 680–700 should be safe. Cutoffs may vary slightly based on category and competition.

The NEET (UG) exam is conducted in a vast network of cities across India and also at several international locations. For NEET 2025, there are approximately 552 exam cities within India and 14 cities abroad. When you fill out your NEET application form on the official NTA website (neet.nta.nic.in), you'll be given the option to select multiple preferred exam cities. The National Testing Agency (NTA) then allots a center based on your preferences and availability, which is finally mentioned on your NEET City Intimation Slip and your Admit Card
