The NEET cutoff marks for admission to Army College of Medical Sciences (ACMS) varies from year-to-year and is also subject to various factors affecting the percentile like reservation quota. Candidates belonging to Ex-Servicemen quota get a lower cutoff, even below the general category. As per previous trends, an average closing rank for Ex-Servicemen quota candidates revolve around 400 to 450 marks. Yes, it is possible to find work as an MBBS graduate without undertaking a postgraduate (PG) pathway.

MBBS graduates can work as general practitioners. Medical officers in hospitals and clinics, or within government health services are also options.

There are also opportunities available in public health, research, and healthcare administration/public service. Most commonly the work opportunities are available through a pharmaceutical agency, medical writing, and health insurance companies.
