Yes, after having 12 th passed through NIOS and having passed NEET, it is normally possible to pursue MBBS abroad. The National medical commission (NMC) has made it clear that the students of NIOS are eligible to appear in NEET UG. No, it's highly unlikely to find a private MBBS seat in India for just 2 Lacs per year. Private medical colleges typically have fees ranging from INR 5 Lacs to INR 25 Lacs or even higher per year,

Private College Fees:

MBBS fees in private colleges can vary significantly based on the college's reputation, location, and facilities, but they generally start around INR 5 Lacs and can go up to INR 25 Lacs or more annually. 

Government College Fees:

The admissions to the university's BPharma course are granted based on marks secured in the university's admission test—MUSAT.  For MBBS at AIIMS Nagpur, via SC category you'll likely need around 640–680 marks in NEET. Last year, admission went through at approximately 674 marks for SC students in 2024 .So, scoring above 650 marks gives you a good chance this year. Just keep an eye on official counselling updates after the results.

Veterinary Colleges in tamil nadu does not required NEET score.

Yes, Australia generally allows you a 2 year gap for nursing courses so you may apply. Kindly check official of college that you wish to apply.

All medical courses usually accepts a 2 years or 3 year gaps because of a hard exam of neet.
