No, admission to the MBBS course at DSMCH - Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College And Hospital requires a valid NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) score. The college does not offer admission to the MBBS programme without qualifying in the NEET examination.

No, this score is not enough to get MBBS seat. You have to score 550+ marks for MBBS seat. With this score, you can get seat in other medical courses like BPT, B.Pharma, BUMS, BAMS, etc.
