Yes, BFUHS is a good choice for MBBS as it is the university with a medical research specialty. MBBS is the most popular course at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. Moreover, BFUHS is included in the World Health Directory of Medical Schools. The flagship programme offered by the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, is MBBS. The faculty and faculty of the university are also top-notch.

The admission criteria for admission to the MBBS course at  Sri Guru Ram Das University of Health Sciences and BFUHS are almost similar, in which first candidates are required to complete their Class 12 from the PCB stream with an aggregate of 50%. Further, they must qualify for NEET with good scores and appear in the counselling process. Now, to get the difference between which university is easier to get admission to, one can compare the cutoff of both universities from the link mentioned below:

No, you cannot get admission to M.S. Ramaiah Medical College for the MBBS course without NEET. As per regulations by the National Medical Commission (NMC), NEET UG is a mandatory entrance examination for all MBBS admissions in India, including those under private and NRI quotas. While "direct admission" might refer to management/NRI quota seats, even these require a valid NEET UG score to be eligible for counseling and admission.

It's difficult for you to get a seat in a government medical college.
You can choose private medical colleges; college choice depends on your state.
