You have not sufficient marks to get into IIT or NITs but you can apply for some government and private colleges. I suggest you to apply for multiple colleges so that you are not left out at a later stage. Private universities also have the best infrastructure nowadays. Some college suggestions -

As per the official website of Mahatma Gandhi University (Meghalaya) :
" The university is empowered to award degrees as specified by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 22 of the UGC Act 1956.
