No, candidates need not to appear for an entrance exam for admission to the ICFAI University. Admission to UG and PG courses, such as MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA is done on the basis of merit. For UG courses, candidates must pass class 12, while for PG courses, such as MBA, MCA, MSW, candidates must have minimum 45% aggregate in graduation.

IHM Shillong accepts NCHMCT JEE scores, followed by the counselling process for admission to the BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration course.
