IHM Lucknow is much better ranked college than IHM Shillong, because of the placement and easily approachable institute, and interns are also easily available here in Lucknow because of many luxurious hotels are present near it.

No, Meghalaya State NEET Counseling does not give reservation to other state students. According to the latest notification issued by the Meghalaya government regarding NEET counseling under the state quota, only indigenous residents and candidates with permanent resident certificates of the state were eligible to apply under the 85% state quota.
