To get your eligibility for a particular certificate/diploma/advanced Diploma at Metro Institute Australia, visit the official page of the course in which you are interested. Scroll down and you will be able to see the eligibility requirements. Check if you are eligible for the particular course. Majorly, you need to be above 18 years, have scored at least 5.5 bands in IELTS test, and completed secondary schooling level of a High School Certificate. In case a particular course does not meet the targeted intake numbers then the Metro Institute reserves the right to cancel the course. Although this is highly unlikely, a refund will be processed for you if the course is not offered in full. Your amount will be paid within two weeks of the announcement of a particular programme being cancelled. The amount you will get will be in Australian dollars. You may also have the option to pursue a different course at Metro Institute. Please refer to their terms and conditions in the student handbook to understand their refund and cancellation policy.

If you are interested in applying to Metro Institute, you can get all the information on the official website of the university, including the list of the authorized agents. Visit their homepage and click on Metro Courses. The following page will give you a basic idea of the diplomas, certificates and other courses. On the right side, you will see semester dates, agents and international students. Click on 'Find an agent' option under 'Agents' and a list will appear. After making the necessary payments to Metro Institute, if a situation comes that you want refund then you can make the request using the Request Refund Form, which is available with Metro Institute Reception or on the official website of the institute. It has to be duly filled and signed by you and the refund will be processed as per the described circumstances. In case your visa is refused then you are entitled to 100% refund. If you are cancelling the course 28 days before the date of commencement then you will get 80% of the paid tuition fees and 50% if you are cancelling within 28 days. Generally speaking, all the Diploma and certificates that are focused on business, leadership and management run for a year (12 months or 52 weeks). In this duration, you get 40 weeks of training and 12 weeks of break. The training for 40 weeks is equally distributed as four 10-week training schedule.
