It has to be duly filled and signed by you and the refund will be processed as per the described circumstances. In case your visa is refused then you are entitled to 100% refund. If you are cancelling the course 28 days before the date of commencement then you will get 80% of the paid tuition fees and 50% if you are cancelling within 28 days. Your application or enrolment fees will be non-refundable. No refund is given after the course has commenced.
