This is a programme leading to the Bachelors Degree in Education. The programme extends for a period of two years/ four semesters. The applications are shortlisted based on scores in the last qualifying examination or KEAM exam for selection. MGU may release a merit/selection list to declare the names of the students eligible for admission.
After the final selection, the students can get their documents verified and pay the admission fee. Following the fee payment, enrolment gets confirmed.

The university is currently releasing seat allotment list for courses in which admission is through CAP. Second allotment list was released on Jun 2025. The students can keep checking the official website to stay updated regarding the result announcement as well. Moreover, the KEAM scores are also expected to be announced in Jun.

Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala may offer admission to the BPharm course based on merit in the last qualifying examination. Moreover, the university may also accept KEAM scores for the admission. This state-level exam is conducted for admission to various UG courses at Kerala's colleges approved by Central and State Regulatory Bodies, Universities, and Government. The university reserves certain seats for candidates belonging to specific belonging to SC/ST/SEBC categories. In addition, some of the seats are also there for Sports/Cultural/PD Quota categories. To avail a seat under these categories, aspirants have to submit the relevant documents. The seat bifurcation for the aided colleges is:
- Open quota seats: 50% in the case of aided/aided forward community Colleges and 40% in the case of aided backward Community Colleges
- For SC/ST candidates: 15% for SC and 5% for ST categories
- Community Merit Quota Seats: 10% in the case of aided/aided forward community Colleges and 20% in the case of aided back
