Yes, you have pretty good chance to get the desired one again after floating, but it all depends on the availability of seats and cut-off.

The process of admission via entrance examination remains same whether it is at a national level or at the state level. MH-CET is the entrance examination conducted in Maharashtra. After the results are announced, the qualifying students need to attend the counseling process. In the counseling process, the candidate has to select his/ her preferred college and the branch of engineering he /she wishes to join in that college (based on the number of seats available in the respective college for the respective branch at the time of counseling).
