Only if you had given more information via name of exam etc., a better answer could have been given. Okay, I will still attempt. If you are filling up entrance exam form online, there will be link to pay requisite fees. Your registration becomes confirmed only after fees has been paid. If you are talking about exam fees while studying in a college or by distance, time for exam fees is around 4-8 weeks before exam date. Best wishes to you.

Hello Vaibhav,
If your father is a resident of Mumbai and staying in Mumbai for a certain number of years he would be deemed to be domicile of Maharashtra. As a result of this, you also could be considered as a domicile of Maharashtra and can seek admission, as a Maharashtra candidate for any of the engineering colleges situated within the state. However, to be more precise and confirmatory I would advise you to see the website of directorate of technical education of the Maharashtra government where in the eligibility and domicile conditions are given out in detail. The notice regarding the All India Seats will only come out in May June for JBIMS. I suggest that you take CET exam in March. It cannot be said for sure that All India Seats would be there this time.

I think both have their own pros and cons. IPU is more established in Delhi region as IP University has many colleges across Delhi. Both conducts their own engineering entrance exams in India. For IPU, the entrance exams are held mostly in May every year. Top colleges under IP University are as below.
1. University School of Information and Communication Technology (USICT)
2. Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology
3. Bharati Vidyapeeths College of Engineering
4. Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology
5. Mahraja Surajmal Institute Of Technology

The MH-CET test centres will remain in Maharashtra. Candidates will have to choose the exam centres while filling the MHT CET application form 2019 in order of their preference. Mentioned below are the name of some districts where MHT CET 2019 will be conducted. Mumbai, Pune, Sangli, Nashik, Aurangabad, Nanded, Amravati and Nagpur.

If you have completed your Diploma course, then you can opt for admission in COEP, as a Direct Second Year student. Hello! Yes, you are eligible to appear for CET and pursue MBA provided you have scored at least 50% marks in graduation. The cutoff for JBIMS is generally around 99.85 percentile and above.
