Hello! There is neither any sectional cutoff nor any sectional time limit which is explicitly mentioned in the Maharastra-MBA CET exam.

Yes, all the centers of MHCET are in Maharashtra only because it's a state level exam but offline mode is available for the outsiders of other states.

General Eligibility
Nationality: Candidates must be a citizen of India.
Qualifying Exam: Candidates should pass HSC/12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Appearing: Candidates, those are in the final year of qualifying exam can also apply.
Age Limit: There is no age limit for appearing & admission to MHT CET 2018.

If you want to go for engineering or pharmacy, CET is a must and if you want to go for B.Sc in biotechnology, microbiology, etc., only HSC is considered. Also, for engineering entrance, the eligibility is class 12th pass.
