In the MHT CET PCM Group, the percentile score is 38 percentile, so getting into the best college could be a problem. Normally, when you get a percentile of 70 out of 100 or more, one feels more confident to get admission in most of the esteemed government or even private universities. But it is to remember that every college has its own requirements for admission, thus even if the general cut off list of that particular degree is higher, there can still be scope in college that have comparatively lower cut offs.

Admission to the esteemed College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET) in Kerala is normally determined by KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) scores rather than the MHT CET. However as cutoff scores for competitive branches like Computer Science Engineering are usually higher your score of 119 might not be sufficient for top branches in prestigious institutions if you're using the MHT CET as an alternative entrance exam for another state university.
To improve your chances of passing the CET you should strive for a higher position in KEAM.

After scoring 56% in MHT CET PCM and 86% in the 12th board exam, it is possible that you will get admission in some B.Tech colleges, especially in not so popular branches. Government colleges often have higher cutoffs. So you can check online colleges which have low cut off. If you belong from specific quota (SC/ST), you have chance to get admission in government college.
