MTSU might take up to one month (30 days) to process an application. After submitting the application and before arriving on-campus, the applicants are required to do the following:

• Confirm my Intent to enroll at MTSU
• All international students must attend the Orientation
• Activate the student accounts
• Also, apply for on campus housing

The application fee at MTSU is different for UG and PG applicants. For UG applicants, the application fee is USD 30 (Around INR 2,500) and for PG applicants, the application fee is USD 50 (Around INR 5,000). Along with the application fee, the applicants have to also submit the following documents such as:

• Copy of the passport photo showing an expiration date

Yes, MTSU offers scholarships to international students. Scholarship in the amount of USD 6,000, USD 12,000, and USD 16,000 per academic year are available. These scholarships are merit-based. Students are considered for a scholarship when admitted and notifications are included in the admission letter. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come-first-served basis until all funds are exhausted. The scholarship is renewable annually during the students’ full-time enrollment.
