Yes, MIT-WPU BCA admissions are entirely entrance-based. The university selects eligible candidates based on its in-house entrance exam, i.e., MIT-WPU CET. The university conducts a common entrance test for the selection of candidates for its UG & PG courses. This exam is conducted in online mode. In the selection process, there is 100% weightage given for the entrance exam and 50% for the personal interview round. Whoever is willing to get admission to this course must qualify for the MIT-WPU CET exam with a valid score.

For MBA, MIT-WPU will be a better option for you. The ranking and placement packages of MIT-WPU is better than Saintgits college of engineering. The highest package which was offered to student was around 50lpa and average was 7.5lpa, which is a very good amount. While in Saintgits college of engineering the highest package was around 7.5lacs and average was 3.5 lacs. In term of placement packages MIT-WPU is the leader. In terms of fees, MIT-WPU is more expensive than Saintgits college of engineering. Other factors such as faculties, Infrastructure etc. are also more good in MIT-WPU. So for MBA, MIT wins.
