Hi Buddy,
MITID that exam pattern is such that there will be both subjective and objective questions in the exam. Maximum marks aspirants can secure in the exam are 100. Besides this, there is no fixed MITID that 2019 exam pattern regarding the number and type of questions, informed a college official. However, questions in the design entrance exam mainly aim at judging the drawing and sketching skills, GK skills, observation skills, and logical reasoning skills of candidates. Have you submitted the application form? If yes, then I don't think so it will be feasible to make changes. I would suggest you to contact the college admission office and take guidance from them.

There are a lot of options for mechanical engineer graduates. I am writing this answer because I am also a mechanical engineer. Basically, after doing mechanical, you can apply in IIMs, IAS and all other civil services exam ,but if you are really interested in the mechanical engineering then i will appreciate you to choose mechanical engg.
