Christ Delhi NCR admissions are both entrance and merit-based. The institute accepts students to majority of its programmes on the basis of valid score secured by the candidates in either national-level entrance test or university's own entrance test; CUET (Christ University Entrance Test). Additonally, for a few other courses such as MSc, PG Diploma, etc, the institute accepts students on a merit basis. UG course selection criteria at DAITM Kolkata are merit-based except BSc in Medical Lab Technology. Students must have compulsory subjects in Mathematics and/ or Biology for the BSc in Medical Lab Technology course. However, candidates who want to pursue MSc course must meet certain requirements as per specialisations, respectively.

Starex University admissions are both merit and entrance-based. Candidates need to appear for the test or personal interview round to get admission in UG or PG programmes. After final selection is over, candidates are informed by mail or call by the authorities. The shortlisted candidates then need to come for document verification and pay the admission fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Admissions at Aditya Silver Oak College of Technology is entirely merit-based. Candidates are offered direct admission to BTech and Diploma courses based on candidates' past academic records. To get admission to BTech, candidates must follow the selection process as per the ACPC norms.

Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology admissions are primarily merit-based. The institute considers the Class 12 merit for admission to BSc and BBA courses. For BHMCT, MAH HM CET score is considered for admission. MAH HM CET is a computer-based test and is held in selected cities within Maharashtra State. 

Candidates applying for admission at UEI Global Rohini are required to take the aptitude test conducted by the institute. Shortlisted candidates can further be called for an interview round. Moreover, only the students fulfilling the eligibility criteria become eligible for participation in selection rounds.

Direct admission against vacant seats : under this 15% seats in institute shall be filled by the management/NRI quota. Second, admission through entrance exams like JEE mains, JEECUP, CUET (NTA). UG under different programme demand different entrance exams.Students should score valid marks in JEE Main/UPSEE for IET Lucknow admission to the B.Tech courses while a GATE score is accepted for IET Lucknow M.Tech admission. For other courses, Institute of Engineering and Technology, Lucknow admission will be done through UPCET.
