yes after graduation in any stream you can give the exam. The minimum eligibility is that a candidate must have 12th and graduation in any stream and after that, a candidate is eligible for the above. Thank you.

Yes you can choose any of these but remember there are no connection between them chemical engineering and B.Sc. Are totally different from MPSC exam so it's totally up to you what would you have to choose it depends on your interest but remember choose the subject which will suitable for you.

Choose as per your choice it's not necessarily to join any specific stream or subject, so you can choose any stream which you want and if you want you can join BA. As it has related subjects which will necessary for exam.

There is no specific course or stream, the only important thing is that you have to complete your graduation so it totally depends on your choice which course you want to select and try to balance the study because both are totally different.

Step 1: determine your mind that you are ready to give your heart and soul to it. Even ready to spend 1 to 1.5 years with reading.
Step 2: determine if you want to take UPSC coaching or self study. (My suggestion if you have your blood relation know about or in preparation of UPSC take their suggestion or go for coaching classes) and must know that institute is just for guidance and you only have to study. (Have it in mind, it helps)
Step 3: Start seeing daily news at night in Rajya Sabha TV at 9 pm from today itself. (Available on YouTube)
Step 4: Have policy of one subject one book and don't heap up books.
Step 5: thorough revision of
