MSU is a government University. Some of the newly launched M S University's Polytechnic College courses include integrated Diploma-Degree courses. These courses have already received accreditation from NBA. Being a government university, the fee for the various available programmes is not very high.

MSU has all the qualities of a tier 1 university. The university has been ranked 201-300 by NIRF 2025 under the Engineering category. The university offers UG, PG, & other courses to students. MS University Vadodara provides BTech/ B.E., MBA/PGDM & BSc as flagship courses. The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU University Vadodara) has state-of-the-art infra with multiple facilities available for students.

The MSU Department of Computer Science & Engineering is affiliated with other national level technical bodies like Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), Computer Society of India (CSI), IE, & IGNOU.

Yes, for some courses, MSU admissions are possible without entrance examinations. For courses such as BTech, entrance examinations are important. The accepted entrance examinations are GUJCET,  JEE Main, and others.

MSU Baroda (MS U Baroda) has experienced faculty members who are diploma, PhD, and degree holders. MSU Baroda faculty are from IITs, NITs, and various other reputed colleges/ universities. MSU Baroda invites faculty for guest lectures and workshops. There are 106 professors available in the university. There are 297 assistant professors available in the university.

MSU Baroda is a government university. MS University Baroda is accredited with A+ Grade by NAAC. Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, through 38 academic institutes, 111 departments, etc. has UG, PG, & other courses for students. Being a government university, the fee is not very high
