Only University of Delhi: Department of Social Work, New Delhi offers MSW in Delhi University.
Admission to the Department of Social Work is open to both men and women having completed a Bachelor's Degree programme of 3 years duration from a recognized University. The eligibility criteria for admissions to the year 2011 12 are as follows: a) Any person with a Bachelors Degree or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 year) in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from recognized university is eligible to apply. b) B.A. (H) Social Work student with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized University are eligible to apply. c) Those candidates who are appearing in the final year examination of the Bachelors degree are also eligible to apply subject to the qualification listed above. d) Candidates belonging to SC/ST shall be eligible as per Delhi University rules to pass with the minimum marks. e) PWD candidates shall be allowed 5% relaxation in the eligibility requirement. Before applying for admission, the candidate should ensure that the minimum eligibility requirements are met and that he/she has attained the age of twenty years on or before the first day of October of the year in which admission is sought. Candidates whose result for the qualifying examination is awaited may also apply provisionally. They must submit a copy of their result latest by August 31, 2012 failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled.

Well, there is no such college that offers a Masters with LLB as integrated course as that is not the common preference and such kind of courses have not been introduced yet. However, you would get a BSW LLB college such as NALSAR Hyderabad, GNLU Gandhinagar, LLoyd Law College, etc. Or, you may get colleges for pursuing Masters in social work alone and then you could opt for LLB.
In India, I believe that there is no such provision yet implemented wherein a Masters with LLB is offered. Every integrated law course consists of both undergraduates degree such as BA LLB.

and I fear that such a provision for integrated MSW and LLB shall be introduced.
So, you have options to go for BSW LLB Or Go for separate Masters in social work and then pursue a LLB by any of available institutes.

See, as after completing BBA, one may or may not go for MBA, because of particular reasons. But, one who is willing to go for Masters i.e. Postgraduate (PG) after BBA, the answer for it should be MBA. As it will yield her/him for better opportunity, career growth and off course big pockets (salary), and even you have shown interest as well in MSW (Masters in Social Works), that depends on your personal interest as to go ahead with the social work, where obviously is no surety of sudden or instant higher money, but later it might be, I don't know though.
But as per question, you showed interest in good salary package, so basically the answer is MBA so, for that don't think anywhere as after BBA it yields you much.

You can go for an MPhil (regular) after completing Masters from IGNOU. Every institution has its own criteria but since IGNOU being the recognized Open University, its degree is acceptable by almost all other regular institutions.
Recently, UGC has announced that candidates who score 55% in their Masters are eligible for MPhil from UGC recognized universities. So you need to focus on getting at-least 60% in Masters to be in the safe zone (Only if you are a general candidate).
I would like to give you an advice that please go for Central Universities for M.Phil as the faculty in such universities is mind blowing. JNU, DU, BHU, etc. are there in this list.
