If you are interested in IT and wish to settle down in it, then you can go for BCA, and if you are interested in management, then you can go for BBA and you can pursue any arts group degree like BA in economics, history, political Science, etc. , and many more options you have to choose a degree. For admission to NID for M.Des., eligibility for a candidate is to have completed a bachelor degree in any discipline of minimum 4-year duration from recognized university/ institute.
As for IIFA Multimedia, Srinivasanagar, Srinivasanagar, Bangalore for B.Sc in Animation and Multimedia, the eligibility is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. So, if you B.Sc was 4 year degree program, you can apply for NID and IIFA both. Else, try for IIFA.

Yes, you can. You can choose any of the streams of your choice after engineering if you are not comfortable and you can go with mass communication.

The basic eligibility is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board. So, if you have to clear your 10+2 from a recognized board, you are eligible to apply for the exam.

Multimedia design as a standalone career option has become quite redundant now unless you have clubbed it with specialized skill-set. Itis better to explore areas like visual interaction design or motion design, which has far more better opportunities and is growing in multiple folds. This will open up many future prospects too.
