If you have PCB and maths and are looking for top B.Tech CSE colleges in Mumbai without an entrance exam, your options are limited, as most reputed colleges in Mumbai usually require competitive entrance exams like JEE Mains; however, a few private universities might offer admission based on merit alone, such as: Amity University Mumbai, K.R Mangalam University, and Jadavpur University Mumbai Campus; always check the specific admission criteria for each college before applying as policies can change.
