Yes, MNLU Mumbai have seats reserved for candidates belonging to SC/ST category. A relaxation of 5% is also given to these candidates in eligibility requirements. To get admission in a reserved seat, candidates are required to submit the category certificate issued by a authorised body.

No, it is not possible to secure a seat in an LLM course at MNLU Mumbai without a CLAT entrance examination. To secure a seat in this programme candidates are required to register themselves on the official site of CLAT. Appear in the entrance examination, and get selected in the merit list released by the university. The total intake capacity for the LLM course is 298 out of which there are seats reserved for Foreign National / NRI / NRI Sponsored category and for Jammu & Kashmir permanent residents.

For MNLU Mumbai LLM admission, candidates must qualify LLB or a five-year integrated LLB degree from a recognised university/ college. In addition, the qualifying exam should have been passed with at least 50% aggregate. Completion of LLB degree is the primary eligibility criteria that students are required to fulfil for enrolling in the LLM course. The final selection of the candidates is based on their scores secured in the CLAT entrance test. After the entrance exam, the cutoff is announced. MNLU Mumbai admit candidates to the LLM programme based on merit in CLAT exam. The applications are out for the entrance test. Candidates are required to submit CLAT 2025 applications on or before Oct 15. The exam is to be held on Dec 1. Moreover, the counselling dates will be out soon.

In DBIT, Mumbai, the students can expect a pretty good B.Tech with fine infrastructure comprising well-equipped labs, a library, and sports. The placement records of the college are also good with around 70-75% on-campus placement.
