No, it is not possible to secure a seat in an LLM course at MNLU Mumbai without a CLAT entrance examination. To secure a seat in this programme candidates are required to register themselves on the official site of CLAT. Appear in the entrance examination, and get selected in the merit list released by the university. The total intake capacity for the LLM course is 298 out of which there are seats reserved for Foreign National / NRI / NRI Sponsored category and for Jammu & Kashmir permanent residents.

Yes, there are chances to get admission to an LLM course at MNLU Mumbai with a rank of 700. If we compare last year's cutoff of MNLU Mumbai for the LLM course 2024, the closing rank for LLM in Corporate in Commercial Law was 727 for the general category. The MNLU Mumbai LLM closing rank can vary from one specialisation to another. However, there is no assurance that candidates will get a seat in the LLM programme with a 700 rank in the upcoming year. To check out the previous year's cutoff trend for the LLM course, refer to the table mentioned below:

In DBIT, Mumbai, the students can expect a pretty good B.Tech with fine infrastructure comprising well-equipped labs, a library, and sports. The placement records of the college are also good with around 70-75% on-campus placement. Thus, it can be concluded that there is decent teaching and decent campus life, which is recommendable for engineering students.
