To apply for the MBBS programme at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College (LTMMC), you have to qualify in the NEET-UG exam and participate in the counseling conducted by the CET Cell (State Common Entrance Test Cell).
And you also have to passed your 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, with a minimum of 50% marks for the general category.

No, direct admission in MBBS in Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College (LTMMC) without passing NEET-UG is not possible because NEET-UG is required for every medical UG admissions in India including LTMMC. Admission is strictly on the basis of NEET marks and afterwards state counseling. Though a few private colleges do provide management quota seats, Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College being a government institution, no direct and management quota admission is offered there. The candidates have to appear for NEET, obtain a valid rank, and undergo the official counseling process in order to get admission into MBBS at LTMMC.

Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College does not provide a 100% scholarship to all students.
