According to the Shiksha's reviews,  DBS is better than National College of Ireland based on factors such as internships, part-time work, post-study job, quality of faculty, student life, value for money, transportation, immigration, safety and food. In addition, with an acceptance rate of 55%, DBS allows easy admission compared to the National College with a low acceptance rate. (50%-52%)

Yes, the National College of Ireland permits all international students to work while studying in the institution. Students are allowed to work up to 20 hours a week during session and 40 hours per week during session break as per the guidelines in Ireland.
