For that, you need to score at least 80percentile to get a call from IIMA. For MANAGE, it all depends on cumulative scoring. Yours marks till now are good, and being from Agriculture course, you have high chance of getting a call. Yes, confirming a seat will be easy for those with 80percentile above in CAT. So study smart, score your best in CAT2019 to take admission in the batch of 2020-22

If you are planning for an MBA and willing to switch your job, for now, I would say that the offer is worth a try. Working with one of India's retail giants will definitely add points on your resume and even your prior work experience will be an added advantage. Yes Pavithra, you are eligible for the course. PGDM in ABM is just like any other MBA/PGDM program. We take in students of any stream from any college/university.
For this year, admissions are over. If you want to try for next year, then start preparing for CAT. Give the exam in the month of November. Fill MANAGE application form that will be available till December 31, 2019. Appear for essay & GD/PI in the month of April 2020, if you are successful, then you will be the part of 24th batch of MANAGE, PGDM-ABM Program.
