Under the direction of the Indian government's Ministry of AYUSH, the National Institute of Ayurveda is the highest level autonomous institution. Academic programmes are currently offered by NIA at all levels, including undergraduate (BAMS), graduate (MD/MS in Ayurveda), postgraduate (PhD in Ayurveda), and Diploma (DAN&P). Furthermore, NIA is the only university in the Ayurvedic field to provide six multidisciplinary M.Sc. programmes. On the other hand, KLE University, Belgaum, has been classified as a "deemed-to-be university, " given a "A" grade from the NAAC, and is under the MHRD's "A" category. KLE University of Higher Research and Education situated in Belgaum, Karnataka was established in the year 2006 and offers a wide range of streams in the field of Science and medicine and has a very influential career for the students whereas National Institute of Ayurved situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan which has over 175 years of bequest also offers a variety of streams in medicine and Science for the students. It had recently declared as the government funded institution. Both the college's offers a wide knowledge with experience in theory as well as in practical considering students growth and promotion.

Based on the comparison between the tuition fees of the popular courses offered at both KLE University and National institute of Ayurveda it can be said that no KLE University is not more expensive than Nation Institute of Ayurveda. The total tuition fees for B.Sc at KLE University is 1.25 Lacs which is for a duration of 66 months whereas the total tuition fees for B.Sc at National Institute of Ayurveda is INR 1.89 Lacs for a duration of 66 months. The difference is pretty significant and can affect a lot on the total amount spent by student for their UG course at the University.
