About 124 recruiters participated during NID Ahmedabad placements 2022 and presented over 400 job offers to the students. The few companies visited recently given below. Wipro, Whirlpool India Ltd. , VIP Industries Ltd, Trident Group, Titan Industries, Toshiba, Philips. The salary package offering is about 6LPA, While the highest is about 15LPA.

NID that Entrance Syllabus for prelims include topics like Drawing fundamentals, Innovation in design, Theme development, Exercises on imagination, Graphics & pictograms, Principles of composition, Design theory, etc. So there is no any relation between CET and NID that exam syllabus. Please prepare separately.

The NID exam is conducted in two stages: NID that Prelims. NID that Mains. The prelims examination is a pen and paper-based written test, whereas the main exam comprises a studio test and Personal Interview . For preparation, NID that prelims will consist of objective and subjective questions. Please take help from NID Entrance Exam book available online. The recommended books for NID that preparation are given below :

The National Institute of Design examination is divided into 2 phases.
- First, you have to fill out the Design Aptitude Test form which is generally available after October from the National Institute of Designs' official website, and then they will send you to admit card through the post.
- The first phase is the Design Aptitude Test examination. If you clear this exam then they will call you for the second phase which is the studio test, in this, you have to make models from any given material.

Fee Structure: The total fee for a B.Des. in Graphic Design is INR 13,88,000 per year.
The first-year fee is INR 3,54,000 PA.
Second-Year fee: INR 3,444,000 PA.
Third-Year fee: INR 3,444,000 PA.

The following facilities are provided at the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad.
1. Courses: There are around eight specializations offered in the Bachelor of Design. In the Master of Design, around seven specializations are provided.
2. Hostel facilities: Separate, well-maintained hostels for boys and girls. The college has a student mess committee to oversee the quality of the mess food.
3. The campus is situated near the Sabarmati river and has lush green infrastructure. The college has Wi-Fi-enabled infrastructure. It also has a canteen, a gym, and a canteen. A separate guest house for parents' stay is also available at

Sir, the National Institute of Design does not have preferred NRI quota seats. Instead, it provides admission in the following categories:
1. General
2. General (EWS)
3. Scheduled Caste (SC)
4. Other Backward Class (OBC-NCL)
5. Scheduled Tribe (ST)
6. Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
Apart from that, it provides admission to 15% of seats under the Foreign Nationals in Overseas (Supernumerary) Category. For this quota, the applicant must be a citizen of a foreign country. These seats are available at the NID Ahmedabad and the NID Madhya Pradesh. According to the criteria, non-resident Indians (NRIs) who have Indian citizenship are not eligible

Yes your daughter can apply for it. Candidates may apply for the academic year 2022,23 if they passed or will take the higher secondary (11,12) qualifying examinations in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc. ). From any recognised educational board, such as the CBSE, IB, ICSE or equivalent, during the academic year 2021,22.
