Does one have to apply for each and every NIFT in different states after giving the entrances exam? Please help.

Hi,
NIFT holds annual entrance exams common to all the NFIT centers. You can appear for the exam in the center that is most convenient for you. If you qualify for the counselling round you will get to choose a course and center based on the your merit rank from the entrance exam.

I'll pass 12th in 2019 and want to do fashion designing. My sketching is awesome but will there be any problem if I am a science student?

No, as a matter of fact find ways to use your background. Being a science student will help with entrance exams. Try to keep up with the latest news and find ways to work on your design/sketching skills. Make a list of all the deadlines for the college's you want to apply to make sure you don't miss

I'm working lady but I have interest in fashion designing. I completed my education in 2001. Can I do this course now?

Yes, you can either do a fashion designing Diploma or a certificate course. If you have or when you get enough technical experience you can start doing Internships to get experience/make contacts. Find local colleges around you so you can hit the ground running.
