NID doesn't have a fashion designing course. The closest they have to that is textile course.

There is no standard 'International exam' for fashion designing. You need to apply for each school separately. Schools usually require an essay and portfolio. This process starts in November itself.

There are numerous question papers that you can find online regarding the entrance exams. There are also a few preparatory books you can find online (the one I personally used for B.Des was by the publisher Arihant). Work on your creative skills and general aptitude skills. Good luck.

Of course, you can, but before embarking on Master's degree, you will have to complete your graduation. That's all. With an increase in population and awareness about grooming, I feel it's the best course that you are thinking of.
