Since the INI-CET is the main entrance exam for postgraduate and doctorate programs at NIMHANS, you are not eligible to apply if you did not take it. However, NIMHANS normally requires a separate entrance exam administered by the institute itself in order to admit students to B.Sc. degrees like nursing or anaesthesia technology. Candidates are chosen for the B.Sc Nursing programme based on their performance on the NIMHANS admission exam and their fulfilment of the eligibility requirements which include finishing the 12th grade with English, physics, chemistry and biology. For precise dates and comprehensive admission notices, stay info

At present, the institution does not offer any MD course in Manasa Roga (Psychiatry). However, like all the other medical and clinical departments in NIMHANS, it offers an entire suite of postgraduate courses, including MD in Psychiatry. This is an excellent place to consider for those interested in pursuing psychiatry with specific aspects of mental health or other such areas.
You would have to apply through the INI CET exam for admission. The procedure includes eligibility checks and document submission.
