To get admission into the NIPER Mohali Ph.D courses candidates need to meet the required eligibility criteria.Then, the candidates must appear and clear the entrance examination- NIPER JEE.Further, the selected candidates are called for an interview conducted in online mode. Next, the candidates appear and pass the interview.The candidates who passed the interview are allotted seats.Final confirmation of the admission is done only after the document verification and final admission fee payment. There are 45 seats available in NIPER SAS Nagar for PhD.

The cut off percentage will be 50% i.e. 25 Marks out of 50 for qualifying the test. Final selection will be based upon the merit of Written Test conducted on 30.01. 2024, subject to qualifiying in the Skill Test. Intimation to the candidates called for Skill Test has already been sent to the candidates through e-mail. There are a total of 1050 seats available.

The institute offers MS (Pharm) in nine specialisations. The course duration of the programme is two years. Selection criteria: Final admission is based on the scores obtained in NIPER JEE.

Academic eligibility: Candidates must hold a degree that meets the requirements with at least 60% of marks, or a 6.75 CGPA. Relaxation for reserved categories: Candidates from SC/ST categories must have at least a 55% or 6.25 CGPA as a minimum passing score in order to apply for NIPER JEE 2024.Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Medicine (MBBS) from a recognised university or institute. The minimum qualifying percentage may vary, but it is typically around 60% or 6.75 CGPA.
