Both the NIT are good enough and have equal importance. Both the NIT provide good branch and have equally good placement statistics. NIT, Rourkela is one of the best engineering colleges in India. With the best infrastructure and very good placements, it gives many opportunities to the students pursuing engineering in this institute. The college not only welcomes the students to pursue engineering but also offers higher study opportunities. It has an updated curriculum and the best faculty. The college has the best infrastructure and with numerous facilities, it is one of the best colleges not only in East India but also in India. It has a huge campus area and ten hostels. Also, it has four nice restaurants on the campus. Auto facilities are available just in front of the hostels. Very good faculty and nice exposure. Always update the course which is helpful to the students. The course is always updated and the college has well-equipped labs and all kinds of modern technologies. Modern machines and equipment can be found in almost all the branches of engineering in the campus. Each branch of engineering has its own building. This college is one of the very few colleges to give admission in courses like ceramic, mining, and metallurgy. The faculty is very helpful. A proper and systematic way of teaching is done here.
