Definitely, you'll get admission. You have around 215 marks and with ST, you'll easily get computer science or ECE branch in it. Moreover, go for Surathkal or Trichy also. Else, if you have locational or any other preferences, Rourkela is one of the best.

JEE paper 1 marks are responsible for NITs and CFTIs. Your 2 paper marks are responsible for IITs only.

All NITs accept CAT score. Some NITs also accept MAT score and very few NITs accept CMAT score. Since NIT, Rourkela has not mentioned any particular exam therefore it must accept CMAT also.

Yes, you can get into NIT - Raipur, Nagpur, Surat, Bhopal, Silchar, Jamshedpur, Durgapur, and Kurukshetra with mostly biotech, civil and chemical branches.
Though you can also opt for non-technical branches such as mining and metallurgy.
Best of luck.

Hello Pandit Konkar,
NIT offers admission on the basis of JEE Main score and 75% marks in higher secondary, so you are not eligible for that and marks are also not enough to get an NIT. Don't lose hopes. Try for state government and good private universities. Good luck.

There is no such reservation in NITs, but surely you will get home state quota benefits during jossa counselling of NITS. Please note that it is not valid for IITs.
