From all the college that you have mentioned above, I'll prefer you to opt for the Chandigarh College of Architecture (CCA), as CCA is better, then the NIA in terms of placements, infra and faculty.

You have got good MAT percentile. You can apply to colleges like ITM group, IIBS Pune, ISME, Bangalore. Xavier University, Christ University, VIT Business School, etc. which are some of the best institutes.

Hi,
Candidates in the above course are selected based on score/percentile obtained in CAT/ CMAT, past academic record and performance in group discussion and personal interview.
As per your 12th score, it is difficult to get a call from any good college.
