The institute has successfully concluded 2025 placements with 100% of student splaced. The highest and average salaries offered were INR 20 LPA and INR 12.74 LPA. The summer internship rate for teh academic year 2024-25 was 100%.

The median salary package offered to the students after finishing MBA/PGDM from National Insurance Academy- NIA is INR 1,300,000. While, the Median package offered by Indira Institute of Management - IIMP after completion of MBA/PGDM is INR 500,000 - INR 680,000. Basis these stats, National Insurance Academy- NIA is better option compared to Indira Institute of Management - IIMP on the Median salary parameter.

However, in terms of affordability, National Insurance Academy- NIA is a better option since the total tuition fee for National Insurance Academy- NIA is INR 1,100,000 and the total tuition fee for MBA/PGDM at IMT Nagpur - Institute of Management Technology is INR 1,427,000.
In the total fees that students generally end up paying the university or the college, various other components are also included, such as the exam fee, application fee, lab and other charges.

The projected CMAT cutoff percentile for NIA Pune is greater than 75. The weightage given to various components during selection is shown below. 1. Previous academic record: 20%. 2. Performance in CAT/CMAT: 50% 3. Performance in GD/PI: 30% 4. Relevant work experience (those candidates with relevant work experience will be given preference during the interview). So, while the above work experience gives you a slight advantage, if your academic and GD/PI performance is good, you can convert this.
