Certificate of completion of high school/ 12th Marksheet
Good academic credentials in five subjects, including English

Yes, Lee Kuan Yew, the former prime minister of Singapore is one of the illustrious members of the 370,000-strong National University of Singapore's alumni network.
Lee served as the Primer Minister of the country between the years 1965-1990, as a senior minister between 1990-2004 & as a minister mentor during the years 2004-2011.
The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is an postgraduate school named in honour of Lee's contribution to the country's political system.
