Yes! Apart from the NCHMCT JEE Admit Card, you must carry a few essential documents and items on the exam day.
Documents & Items to Carry on Exam Day:
- Printed Copy of Admit Card – A hard copy (printout) is mandatory. Digital copies are not accepted.
- Valid Photo ID Proof (Original & Photocopy) – Choose any one:
Aadhaar Card
PAN Card
Voter ID
Passport
Driving License
School/College ID (if applicable)
- Passport-size Photograph – Carry two recent color photos, the same as uploaded in the application form.
- PwD Certificate (if applicable) – For candidates availing of the PwD reservation.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NCHMCT JEE Admit Card on its official website.
Important Details:
Conducting Body – NTA (National Testing Agency)
Official Website – nchmjee.nta.nic.in
Expected Release Date – A few weeks before the exam (likely April 10,  2025 for NCHMCT JEE 2025).
Mode of Release – Online only (No postal delivery).

No, you cannot take a photocopy of your NCHMCT JEE Admit Card at the exam center.
Important Guidelines:
- No Printing Facility at the Exam Center – Exam centers do not provide printing or photocopying services.
- Carry a Printed Copy – You must bring a hard copy of your admit card before reaching the center.
- Multiple Copies Recommended – Keep at least 2-3 printed copies to avoid last-minute issues.
- Valid ID Proof Required – Along with the admit card, carry a government-issued photo ID.

Candidates are advised to carry at least two copies of NCHMCT JEE admit card as one copy needs to be submitted to the invigilator. Candidates must bring the following items with them on exam day, in addition to their admission card: An additional clear ballpoint pen snapshot must be printed on the attendance sheet together with identification proof such as an Aadhaar card, voter's ID card, PAN card, or other legitimate government ID Candidates may provide both original and photocopies of any document. On the day of the exam, candidates have to carry the below-given items along with the admit card:
- A simple transparent Ball Point Pen
- Additional photograph, to be pasted on Attendance Sheet
- ID Proof - Aadhaar card / voter’s ID card / PAN card / Other valid Govt IDs

Candidates may face problems in downloading the NCHMCT JEE Admit Card 2025 due to certain reasons. If the application form was not filled out and submitted properly, then there is a possibility that candidates will not be able to download the NCHMCT JEE Admit Card 2025. The NCHMCT JEE 2025 Hall ticket is the same as the admit card. It is the most important document required to appear in the NCHMCT JEE Exam 2025. Candidates have to carry it for entry into the examination hall without which they were not allowed to appear in the exam. NCHMCT JEE Admit Card is now out. Yes, photocopy of the NCHMCT JEE admit card will be considered, the test takers are advised to get a printout of the original NCHMCT JEE Admit Card. Entry to the NCHMCT JEE test centre without the hard copy is prohibited. Aspirants can carry one of the following IDs: Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar UID, College ID, Employee Identification Card or Ration Card along with the NCHMCT JEE Admit Card 2025.

Candidates will be able to download NCHM JEE 2025 admit card by entering their login details i.e. Application Number and Date of Birth at nchmctjee.nta.nic.in. NCHMCT JEE 2025 admit card will carry details about the exam schedule, test centre, location, and test centre instructions (including COVID guidelines). Candidates must download the admit card at least 2-3 days prior to the exam date.
