Step-by-Step Guide for Uploading

• Visit nchmjee.nta.nic.in and log in.
• Fill in your application details and proceed to the upload section.
• Click on "Upload Photograph" and select the correct image.
• Click on "Upload Signature" and select your signature image.
• Preview the images and ensure clarity before final submission.
• Click Submit & Save the confirmation page.

Photograph Upload Guidelines

• Format: JPG/JPEG
• Size: 10 KB – 200 KB
• Background: White or light-colored
• Clarity: Clear, front-facing, no sunglasses/caps
• Recent: Taken within the last 6 months

Signature Upload Guidelines

• Format: JPG/JPEG
• Size: 4 KB – 30 KB
• Style: Signature on white paper with black/blue ink
• Clarity: Neatly written (avoid capital letters)

The NCHMCT JEE application form correction window allowed candidates to edit specific details. However, some fields could not be changed after submission.

Details You Can Edit

• Personal Details: Name (if minor correction allowed), Date of Birth, Category, Nationality.
• Academic Details: Class 12 Board Name, Year of Passing, Marks, School Name.
• Exam Center Preferences: You may change your chosen exam city (if seats are available).
• Contact Information: Mobile Number, Email ID, Correspondence Address.
• Uploaded Documents: Photograph & Signature (if incorrectly uploaded).

Details You CANNOT Edit

• Registered Email ID & Mobile Number (after final submission).
• Application Number (remains the same).
• Payment Details (Application Fee is non-refundable and cannot be modified).

• Offline submission (physical forms) is NOT accepted.
• No need to send hard copies to NTA.
