NCHMCT JEE Application Process

No, candidates cannot fill out the NCHMCT JEE application form offline. The exam authority for the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) JEE exam releases the NCHMCT JEE application form online only.

The exam is conducted for all eligible candidates from different Indian states. It is difficult for the exam authority to make the exam form available to everyone at different physical application centres. Yes, you could make limited corrections to your NCHMCT JEE application form after submission. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will check the NCHMCT JEE correction window. Candidates can edit details in the application form during this period. 

To make corrections to NCHMCT JEE application form, candidates could follow these steps:

1. Visit the official NCHMCT JEE website, nchmjee.nta.nic.in and click on the "Application Form Correction" link.
2. Log in using your application number and password.
3. The application form will be displayed on the screen. Select the fields you want to edit and make the necessary changes.
4. Once you have made all the changes, click on the "Save" button.

The following documents were required for NCHMCT JEE application form submission:

Mandatory Documents:

1. Scanned copy of passport-size photograph: A recent one photograph, taken against a light background with your face clearly visible. The size of the photograph should be 2 inches x 2 inches.
2. Scanned copy of signature: The signature should be clear and should match the one on your identity proof.
3. Class 12 mark sheet: You will need to upload a scanned copy of your Class 12 mark sheet. The mark sheet should be from a recognised board or university.
4. Identity proof: You will need to upload a scanned copy of a valid identity proof, such as your Aadhaar card, PAN card, or Voter's ID card.

Additional Documents (if applicable):

• Category certificate: If you belong to an SC, ST, or OBC category, you will need to upload a scanned copy of your category certificate.
• Disability certificate: If you are a person with disability (PWD), you will need to upload a scanned copy of your disability certificate.
• Ex-serviceman certificate: If you are an ex-serviceman or the dependent of an ex-serviceman, you will need to upload a scanned copy of your ex-serviceman certificate.

To create a password for NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application Login, follow the below-mentioned steps: Visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE 2025 and click on the "Application Form" link. Click on the "New Registration" button and enter the required details such as name, date of birth, email id, mobile number, etc. Create a password as per the password policy mentioned on the website. The password should be a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. It should be at least 8 characters long and not more than 13 characters. Re-enter the password in the confirmation field. Click on the "Submit" button to register. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email id.
