I believe, you should go in IHM-Faridabad, because placements over there are better than any other institutes.

Yes, you can. If you didn't get in the 1st and 2nd round of counselling, you can try for spot round.

Yes, you can easily get IHMs with this rank. You can go for IHM-Jaipur, IHM-Chandigarh, IHM- Kurukshetra, IHM-Jodhpur and so on, but not for all IHMs.
