Your score is not bad. You can easily get admission in one of IHM Institute. You just need to check for the seats available till your counselling.

According to NCHM-CT, there is a different cutoff for SC students. If you have to check, you can visit the website.

Firstly, you have to fill your details and choices of Your IHM and then wait for the 1st round counseling. After counseling, you have to pay the fees and go for documents verification at your regional centre.
