NCHMCT has not released any information regarding number of students who have appeared for the JEE. They might in the future.

Yes, you attend all the counseling rounds. Last year's closing rank ranged in 10000 for ST seats. Also, check the cutoffs for NCHMCT 2017.

It is difficult but if you apply in 3rd round of final seat allotment you may a seat, as there is a scope for all vacant seats in all institution under IHM.

You are having a great rank. You can get IHM Delhi Pusa, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh or Mumbai. These are the top IHM institutions.
