You should get at least 50% or 60% in order to apply for appear for NDA. For more details refer the notification issued.

Eligibility criteria for age is that you should be of 16.5 years to 19.5 years on the date of joining the academy. So definitely you can apply for NDA in 12th appearing category. For joining NDA UPSC conducts NDA exam twice a year. Exam conducted in month of April is called NDA-1 and the one conducted in month of September is called NDA-2. They are named so just for easy understanding. There is no difference in their selection procedure of both the exams.
