The NEET OMR sheet is the sheet on which responses are marked by candidates on the exam day. The OMR stands for Optical Mark Recognition. The sheet contains the bubbles against each question numbers. Candidates need to fill the bubble of the correct option. The answers marked on the OMR sheet are checked digitally so candidates must fill the sheet carefully.

The NTA will release the NEET OMR sheet 2026 along with the provisional answer key. Candidates can download the OMR answer sheet by logging to their registered accounts using the application number and password.

NTA released the NEET 2025 final answer key on June 14, 2025. Last year, NTA had released the NEET final answer key on June 4 morning, and the result was declared by the evening. This year also NTA followed the trend. However, on the previous year, i.e. NEET 2023, NTA had released the NEET final answer key a couple of days after the result declaration.

Yes, NTA announced that there was one question in the NEET 2024 question paper, which had two correct answer options. Hence, any candidate who had attempted that question and marked either of the answer options, have been given full marks. According to NTA, this year only one NEET answer key challenge was received which was validated. Based on the bonus marking, 44 candidates' scores turned out to be 720 out of 720, leading them to secure AIR 1.  However, during the Supreme Court hearing on NEET 2024 petitions, the apex court asked IIT Delhi professor's opinion on this question, and it was opined that the question had only one cor

NEET candidates will receive bonus marking or additional marks if there is a discrepancy in the NEET answer key. NTA has clarified that if multiple options are correct, those who choose any correct option will receive four marks. If all options are correct, all who attempt the question will receive four marks. If no options are correct or if a question is incorrect or dropped, all candidates will receive four marks regardless of attempting the question.

NTA releases the NEET final answer keys along with the result. NTA releases the final answer keys of NEET on the official websites of NTA and NEET. The format of the NEET final answer keys is a PDF document. The correct answer option of each question from each NEET question paper set is provided in a single document. At the footer of the page, comments are added as footnotes to indicate any changes brought in to the questions or answer key options. Candidates will have to refer to their individual question paper sets to assess the final answer keys of NEET.

The NEET official answer keys are released by NTA, or the National Testing Agency, the exam conducting body. The provisional answer keys are released by NTA and can be downloaded only by the candidates who had appeared for the exam. The provisional answer keys will state the particular question paper set of NEET, followed by the correct answer option. Candidates' OMR sheets will also be available for download along with the provisional answer keys. Once the NEET answer key objection process is closed, NTA gets the objections reviewed by the expert committee. In case of any change in the provisional answer keys, NTA will release a press release or official notification stating the same. It will properly state whether the question or the answer key options are wrong, or if multiple answer options are correct. Accordingly, all candidates will be marked.
